How Does It Work @ Jammy?
We draw 3 times a week, normally Monday evenings, Wednesday Afternoons and Friday Afternoons too! ALL prizes are guaranteed to be drawn regardless of ticket sales.
All prize winners will be contacted after the draw and delivery of their prize is of course FREE to any UK address inc N. Ireland.
STEP 1 - Choose Your Competition
Pick from the many competitions we have live on the website, whatever takes your fancy!
STEP 2 - Buy Your Tickets
Choose how many tickets you would like for the draw. You will receive your ticket numbers randomly straight after purchase! You will get a confirmation email with your numbers (remember to check spam folders!) and also your numbers will be in the My Account section of the website. We accept Credit/Debit Cards and Apple / Google Pay!
STEP 3 - Wait for the Live Draw To See Who Wins
The EXCITING bit! You dont have to watch our live draws as the winners are contacted afterwards anyway, but we recommend tuning in if you can. We pride ourselves on being light-hearted and making the live draws fun and love everyone to join in with us. We also give away free site credit from time to time for people who just watch! You can view the live stream on our facebook page, our youtube channel or on the homepage of the website (soon to be implemented)

How Do I Play?
It's easy.
- Visit our live competition pages and pick a prize you like
- Select how many tickets you want
- Head to the checkout and enter your details
That's it! You will receive an email confirming your purchase and your ticket number/s ( please check spam/junk folders) and wait for the draw to take place.

Where Are My Ticket Numbers?
Once you have entered the competition you will receive your ticket number/s via an email sent to the email address provided on sign up. Your ticket number will also be shown in the "My account" section of the website along with you order details.
You will also see any loyalty points earned in this section.
How Is A Winner Chosen?
After a competitions end time has passed, the winner will be chosen using Google's Random Number Generator in the live draw shortly after.
The live video is available to view live and also afterwards. Results are always published afterwards on our social media and the website.
After and/or during the draw the winner/s will be contacted by phone to arrange delivery of their prize
Is Jammy Genuine?
100% Genuine, we are a UK limited company, compliant with the Gambling Commission, authorised by Facebook to promote Real Money Gaming services.
What happens if a draw doesnt sell out?
We go ahead! We will NEVER not draw a competition due to not selling enough tickets to cover costs etc. We will NEVER try to wriggle out of it by offering a cash alternative or extending draws (which is actually illegal as per gambling commissions advice)
Can I Enter A Draw Via Post?
Yes you can.

Each draw will differ as to how many tickets can be purchased per person.

Do I Need FaceBook To Take Part?
No Way!
We use FaceBook to promote certain draws and our live draws will be broadcast on Facebook Live. We will also have our live draw on Youtube too if you prefer to use that. You dont need either to take part. Winners information will be emailed out after the draw and if you are lucky enough to win, we will contact you immediately!
